Amendment to rule 12:53:01:02 to adopt the current Association of American Feed Control Officials section model bill and regulation.	The Association of American Feed control Officials (AAFCO) made changes to the official publication and updated the model bill and regulations. Added rule 12:68:15:12 would be sales of retail meat products would occur only when the producing retail store has full control of the sanitation, storage, and transportation until purchased by the consumer.	Current meat production under retail exemption does not require records to verify the product was handled, cooked, cooled, or stored appropriately. South Dakota Brand Board - Amendments to 12:10:02:25 and 12:10:02:34 to 12:10:02:36 inclusvie.	The effect of rule, §12:10:02:25, will change the Lifetime Travel Permit fee on horses. The current fee is $20.00 per Lifetime Permit. The proposed fee is $40.00 per Lifetime Permit.
