Child Care Services

This a comprehensive rewrite of the child care rules. The rules are more closely aligned with the federal child care requirements. Barriers to licensure for child care providers were removed. Administrative burdens to providers was reduced. Language overall was streamlined and clarified. Child care ratios were edited for five-year-old children for a licensed program, the number of infants a family day care provider can care for is increased by one. Form and style edits were incorporated throughout.
