Amend §§ 24:59:05 (Postsecondary Technical Institute Instructor Salary Support)
The effect of the rules will be to change the distribution methodology of funds and update rule language to reflect the recent “technical institute” to “technical college” name change. The reason for adopting the proposed rules is to create a more equitable distribution methodology, clarify administrative requirements, and update language to align with SDCL.
