§§ 24:52:05:01, 24:52:05:02, 24:52:05:03 and 24:52:05:06.

The effect of the rules will be as follows: ARSD 24:52:05:01, ARSD 24:52:05:02, ARSD 24:52:05:03 and ARSD 24:52:05:06 set standard fees for services provided by the State Historical Society. The reason for adopting the proposed rules is as follows: ARSD 24:52:05:01 and ARSD 24:52:05:02 to increase revenue to cover costs of membership and services from archives and archaeology and; ARSD 24:52:05:03 and ARSD 24:52:05:06 to increase revenue to help cover operating costs at the Cultural Heritage Center
