70:01:02:33 -- Hand County speed zone rule

70:01:02:33 – Hand County speed zone. The 35 mile per hour speed limit on U.S. Highway 14 in Miller is being extended to replace a 40 mile per hour speed zone. This change will enhance safety and will increase the consistency of traffic speeds in Miller.
