70:01:02:00 - Interstate Highway speed zone rule

An existing 65 mph limited speed zone on Interstate Highway 90 beginning at milepost 55.2 and ending at milepost 66.5 is being extended an additional 1.3 miles east to end at milepost 67.8 to better match an extended business area along I-90 with the associated increase in ingress/egress traffic movements.
