70:01:02:45 - Lyman County limited speed zone rule.

It is proposed to lower an existing 55 mph limited speed zone on SD highway 273 in Lyman County to 35 mph from its junction with Interstate 90 north for 1.03 miles, then north for an additional 0.2 mile 45 mph due to increasing traffic resulting from the new grain terminal facility.
