GFP 2014 October Proposals - 2014 November Finals
The proposed administrative rule changes will: 1) amend fish spearing rules, 2) amend general fishing limits & paddlefish snagging rules, 3) amend bait & scientific collectors rules, 4) prohibit the baiting of turkeys in the spring, 5) amend the spring wild turkey hunting season rules & adjust license allocations, and 6) adjust the nonrefundable application fee for elk, mountain goat, & bighorn sheep from $5 to $10.
