Removes the board's requirement to notify a nursing education program of an applicant's licensure examination results with the intent to promote compliance with SDCL 1-27-1.5(18), removes the requirement for the board to issue a certificate of renewal and an inactive status card, and allows the delegation of gastrostomy tube care to a nursing assistant for a specific client.
