Lottery Draw Game Updates
The effect of the rules will be the adoption of the updated Millionaire for Life game rules, the adoption of Powerball Xs & Os game rules, and the repeal of obsolete rules. The reason for adopting the proposed rules is to ensure that retailers can continue selling the Millionaire for Life game, to enable retailers to sell the new Powerball Xs & Os game, and to repeal obsolete rules which helps to keep the rules up to date.
