South Dakota Commission on Gaming amendment of Administrative Rules

20:04:27:12, 20:04:27:14. the effect of the rule changes will update the rules to the ARCI controlled therapeutic medications schedule and uniform clarification guidelines to the most recent ARCI standards. 20:18:15:30.03 - Variations of the play 21 + 3. The rules proposal modifies the existing structure for a Blackjack variation of play and includes alternate pay tables 20:18:15:30.17 - Variations of the play TriLux Bonus Blackjack Progressive. This variation of play of Blackjack allows for an additional Blackjack progressive and pay tables to be offered. 20:18:15:30.20 Variations of the play Double Down Madness. This is a variation of Blackjack, would authorize the game for play in entablements that choose to utilize the variation felts on their gaming floors. 20:18:16:15.25 Variations of play Three Card Prime. This is a variation of poker that could permissively be offered by licnesed gaming establishments to provide alternate gaming and wagering options.
