70:01:02:03 - Brown County speed zone rule

The department is proposing amendment to ARSD 70:01:02:03 - Brown County speed zone rule. The proposed rule amendments will reduce the speed limit on U.S. Highway 12 from the east side of Aberdeen to Bath. The purpose of this rule change is to enhance safety.
