Department of Labor and Regulation, Real Estate Commission Rules Changes for Auctioneers

These rules are proposed to bring the current rules into conformity with statutory changes from 2023 Senate Bill 77 which reinstated the restricted broker’s license for auctioneers and the restriction on unlicensed persons calling or taking bids at auctions.

New content is added below as the draft rules move through the rule-making process.
