South Dakota Department of Health - Assisted Living Centers

The effect of the rules will be to define the minimum regulations necessary to maintain the health and safety of residents living in assisted living centers. The reason for adopting the proposed rules is to revise language, correct spelling, update references, add definition of communicable disease, and add the ability for assisted living centers to stock naloxone for emergency use.
