24:14 Early Intervention Programs

The effect of the rules will be to restructure travel, special instruction and family training reimbursement rates, and clarify and update language. The reason for adopting the proposed rules is to ensure existing travel reimbursement rates reflect actual miles traveled, align reimbursement rates with established Medicaid rates, and ensure definitions align across chapters and with Part B Special Education.
