Adoption of the Lotto America rules as set forth by the Multi-State Lottery Association.

The effect of the rule amendment is the South Dakota Lottery will adopt the official game rules that are set and adopted by the Multi-State Lottery Association. The reason for this rule is to ensure that the games of the South Dakota Lottery remain in compliance with the official game rules set forth by the Multi-State Lottery Association.
