Article 70:15 -- Automated vehicles.

The South Dakota Department of Transportation is proposing administrative rules to allow the testing and operation of groups of individual motor vehicles traveling in a unified manner at electronically coordinated speeds and distance intervals that are closer than otherwise allowed under SDCL 32-26-40 to 32-26-42, inclusive. The purpose of these rules is to foster the safe, efficient, and cost-effective movement of agricultural and commercial goods.
