70:01:02:02 -- Pennington County speed zone rule

70:01:02:02 – Pennington County speed zone. A 70 miles per hour speed limit is proposed for a segment of State Trunk Highway 79 from Rapid City to the Custer County line. The current speed limit is 65 miles per hour. The purpose of this speed zone change is to enhance safe and efficient travel.
