Chapter 24:59:02 (Postsecondary Technical Institute Funding Distribution).

The effect and purpose of the proposed changes to Chapter24:59:02 are to update the yearly facility fund and National Guard tuition benefit fund set-asides from the total state appropriation, and to update the yearly per student allocation appropriated by the SD Legislature in the postsecondary technical institute funding formula.

New content is added below as the draft rules move through the rule-making process.
