ARSD Article 70:06 -- Transportation Assistance

The Department of Transportation is proposing changes to the administrative rules concerning assistance for public transportation. The proposed changes will update definitions of terms, address changes in South Dakota law, and modify requirements relating to the application process, eligibility determinations, fund disbursements, and grant performance reviews for federal transit grants, state matching fund grants, and intercity bus service grants. These changes will facilitate and clarify the department’s procedures for transit grant administration.
