Article 24:53 (Teacher Preparation Programs)

The effect and purpose of the proposed changes to Article 24:53 is to update language to reflect industry standards, correct references to national program standards where applicable, and align terminology and requirements with educator certification rules updated.

New content is added below as the draft rules move through the rule-making process.
