ARSD Chapter 70:13:01 – Local bridge improvement grant requirements.

The Department of Transportation is also proposing changes to administrative rules concerning local bridge improvement grant requirements. The proposed changes will update definitions of terms, eliminate redundancy, clarify and simplify grant requirements, and expand the time for incurring reimbursable expenses related to a grant award. These changes will facilitate the administration of the bridge improvement grant program.
