ARSD Article 70:12 -- County Highway and Bridge Improvement Plan
The Department of Transportation is proposing changes to the administrative rules concerning county highway and bridge improvement plans. The proposed changes will update definitions of terms, address changes in South Dakota law, and clarify requirements relating to bridge improvement plan updates and bridge improvement grant eligibility. These changes will facilitate the adoption of county highway and bridge improvement plans and the administration of the bridge improvement grant program.
