Article 24:43 (Accreditation and School Improvement): Sections 24:43:01:01 (Definitions) and 24:43:11:09 (Course Equivalency Exam).
The effect and purpose of the proposed changes to Article 24:43 (Accreditation and School Improvement) Sections 24:43:01:01 and 24:43:11:09 is to remove the requirement for state approval of school-created course equivalency exams and allow local schools to determine how to transcribe credit earned by course equivalency exams.
