Article 24:28 (Educator Certification), Chapters 24:28:01 (Definitions), 24:28:09 (Educator Permit Requirements), and 24:28:17 (Certification Renewal).

The effect and purpose of the proposed changes to Chapters 24:28:01, 24:28:09, and 24:28:17 is to remove the requirements for paraprofessional educators to obtain and renew state-issued certificates.

New content is added below as the draft rules move through the rule-making process.
