Medical Services - Substance Use Disorders

The effects of the rules will be to implement the appropriation for substance use disorder treatment for all Medicaid adults. The rule change also updates definitions, repeals duplicative language, clarifies prior authorization and coverage criteria related to treatment for substance use disorders.
