70:01:02:49 -- Meade County speed zone rule

70:01:02:49 – Meade County. This rule will set a 35 mph speed zone for the Interstate Highway 90 frontage road (Captain Soelzer Street) on the west side of Sturgis Road beginning at Peaceful Pines Road and proceeding north for 0.40 mile. Then a 40 mph speed zone will be established for an additional distance of 0.56 mile to the north. This change will enhance traffic efficiency by making the speed zones consistent with free flow speeds of traffic.
