South Dakota State Library Board Rules Chapters 24:30:01 and 24:30:04

The effect and purpose of the amendments to chapters ARSD 24:30:01 and 24:30:04 is to clarify language and make consistent with statutory amendments, as well as to remove outdated language from the rules concerning access to public libraries and how certain funding is distributed to public libraries.

New content is added below as the draft rules move through the rule-making process.
