70:01:02:17 – Charles Mix County speed zone. The department proposes to establish a 45 mile per hour speed zone on a segment of South Dakota Highway 46 at Pickstown. The purpose and effect of the rule will be to slow traffic near the junction of South Dakota Highway 46 and U.S. Highway 18. This change will enhance safety.
