Additions to the South Dakota Division of Insurance administrative rules.

The Division of Insurance is proposing to adopt the NAIC valuation manual via administrative rule. This will revise the reserving method for insurers. This new method is called Principle-based reserving (PBR).

New content is added below as the draft rules move through the rule-making process.
