Proposed Addition to South Dakota Administrative Rules (ARSD): 20:08:05:15

The South Dakota Department of Labor & Regulation, Division of Securities is proposing to amend rule 20:08:05:15 in order to clarify and acknowledge that dual investment adviser registration is allowed.
