GFP 2016 August Proposals - October Finals
The proposed administrative rule changes would: 1) amend rules to combine processes for depredation permits and elk depredation permits, 2) amend and establish administrative rules within the general provisions for fisheries management, and including bait use restrictions, high grading of fish prohibitions, and length restrictions, 3) amend the administrative rules for snagging of salmon and paddlefish, 4) amend the rules for private fish hatcheries importation of fish and fish spearing, and 5) establish an application fee for fishing tournaments.
