Updates to the Department of Labor & Regulation administrative rules in chapter 47:01:01.

The South Dakota Department of Labor & Regulation is proposing to amend ARSD 47:01:01:04. This rule change updates the declaratory ruling process for the Department and will clarify how the Department may handle declaratory ruling petitions.

New content is added below as the draft rules move through the rule-making process.
