70:01:02:26 - Edmunds County limited speed zone rule
A new limited speed zone rule on SD Hwy 253 through Hosmer is being created to match current speed limit signage beginning on SD Hwy 253 9 miles north of the junction with U.S. Hwy 12, the limit is 45 mph west for 0.24 mile, then 25 mph for 0.68 mile through Hosmer; then 45 mph for an additional 0.2 mile west. The purpose of the rule is to formally put those limited speed zones into administrative rule
