70:01:02:52 - Moody County limited speed zone rule

A limited speed zone on SD Hwy 32 (Pipestone Ave.) in the city of Flandreau is being amended to increase from 35 mph to 45 mph step-down speed zones entering and exiting Flandreau in order to provide consistent 20 mph increments of SD Hwy 32 through Flandreau and adjust speed zones to fit current sign locations, and update the rule to fit site conditions.

New content is added below as the draft rules move through the rule-making process.
