70:01:02:43 - Lake County limited speed zone rule

A limited speed zone on SD Hwy 34 in the city of Madison is being amended to reduce the maximum speed from 50 mph to 30 mph from its intersection with Washington Ave. then east for 0.17 mile; and then from 65 mph to 55 mph an additional 1.05 miles west to improve safety in an area of development and increasing traffic flows and business entrances.
