South Dakota Athletic Commission Rule Changes. 20:81:01:03,20:81:01:10, 20:81:02:03,20:81:03:01, 20:81:03:03,20:81:03:04, 20:81:03:07,20:81:03:08,20:81:04:12,20:81:04:13, 20:81:05:05,20:81:05:06, 20:81:05:09,20:81:05:11,20:81:07:04,20:81:07:05, and 20:81:07:06.
The reasons for the proposed changes is to clarify the requirements for promoters, contestants, referees, and the Commission and increase the minimum fee required for an event to better reflect the costs of the Commission.
