70:12:01:01, 70:12:02:01 to 70:12:02:12, inclusive (County Highway and Bridge Improvement Plan); 70:13:01:01 to 70:13:01:13, inclusive (Local Bridge Improvement Grant Fund).
The rules will provide guidance to local public agencies for submission of a county highway and bridge improvement plan and will set forth the application process, timelines, guidelines and criteria that will be used to award and distribute funds from the newly created Bridge Improvement Grant fund established during the 2015 Legislative Session.
