70:03:01:113 & 70:03:01:114 Extended period emergency declaration permits
70:03:01:113 and 70:03:01:114 – These rules will create an extended period emergency declaration permit and an extended period emergency declaration fleet permit. This will allow the State to issue permits during times of a declared emergency to move over dimensional supplies and equipment in a timely manner to alleviate the emergency. The permits will be issued at no cost. The reason for the rules is that in times of emergencies it may be necessary to move commodities quickly by vehicles whose size exceeds legal dimensions and operating parameters.
