Plumbing Commission amends ARSD 20:54:02:01 to allow "un-purple" primer.
Amends ARSD 20:54:02:01 to add subsections (77) and (78) which will allow the use of "un-purple" primer to be used by licensees so long as the primer is detectable by black light.
