Changes and updates to Insurance administrative rules.
Changes and updates to Chapters 20:06:36, 20:06:39, 20:06:40, 20:06:43, 20:06:55, 20:06:56, and 20:06:58. These proposed rules update the Risk Based Capital reporting requirements, the Annuity Mortality tables, and the mental health parity rules. They also update the standards for qualified health plans, minimum essential health benefits, and the sale of individual health insurance outside of the exchange.
