Tribal Pilot Project

The purpose of the proposed rules is to give Tribal Parole Agents, hired pursuant to the tribal parole project, the authority to detain parolees for the purpose of preventing escape and enforcing discipline on parolees.

New content is added below as the draft rules move through the rule-making process.
