Division of Securities amends 20:08:05:29 and 20:08:07:30

The first amendment will bring the dollar amount required for investment advisors to enter into a contract charging performance compensation fees in line with the SEC threshold. The second amendment will rename the Standards and Poor manual to its new name, S&P Capital IQ Standard Corp. Descriptions.
