Department of Labor and Regulation
Amend and update the following administrative rules for the State Electrical Commission: 20:44:14:01, 20:44:16:22, 20:44:17:02, 20:44:19:03, 20:44:19:05, 20:44:22:21, 20:44:22:25, 20:44:22:27, 20:44:24:07, and 20:44:26:01 through 20:44:26:04.
The effect of the rules are to update a number of items in the rules, including updating the electrical standards to the 2014 NEC; to clarify certain provisions found within the rules, and to establish rules regarding the undertaking fund.
New content is added below as the draft rules move through the rule-making process
