ARSD 47:06. Changes and updates to Unemployment Insurance Administrative Rules.

The proposed changes add a new industry, seasonal small game cleaning services, to the list of seasonally designated industries, provide clarification regarding the intent of the rule, and eliminates obsolete procedures.

New content is added below as the draft rules move through the rule-making process.
