South Dakota Brand Board - Amendments to 12:10:02:25 and 12:10:02:34 to 12:10:02:36 inclusvie.

The effect of rule, §12:10:02:25, will change the Lifetime Travel Permit fee on horses. The current fee is $20.00 per Lifetime Permit. The proposed fee is $40.00 per Lifetime Permit. The effect of rules §§12:10:02:34 to 12:10:02:36, inclusive, will update laws implemented to current state statutes.
