24:57:01:01 (teacher performance standards and evaluation) and article 24:58 (principal performance standards and evaluation)
The proposed changes are needed to make terminology consistent for both teacher and principal evaluations. The proposed new article, 24:58, places in rule what is currently required to comply with contract process for public school districts.
