70:11 - Rest Area Newspaper Vending Devices

The department is adopting rules to regulate the placement, location, maintenance and operation of newspaper vending devices at interstate rest areas in order to improve the appearance and functioning of the rest areas.

New content is added below as the draft rules move through the rule-making process.
