	70:01:02:62 - Union County speed zone rule	The South Dakota Department of Transportation is proposing amendments to ARSD 70:01:02:62. The amendments will change speed limits on various highway segments in Union County under the jurisdiction of the South Dakota Department of Transportation and eliminate speed limit rule provisions that are no longer needed.
