CPS - Home Study Reimbursement

The effect will be to repeal the private adoption home study reimbursement rate in administrative rule pursuant to HB 1005 passed by the 2025 Legislature. The private adoption home study reimbursement rate will be found in SDCL 25-6-9.1 after July 1, 2025.

Economic Assistance - TANF
|
The rule changes reduce the TANF standard payment by 10% to align expenditures with the appropriated budget and combines the payment standards into two. ‘Agency placed’ children will now have the same TANF payment standard as other children who are not with parents but are not agency placed.
